Anna Leigh Ashford

Annaleigh Amanda Ashford (born April 14 in 1980) was an American performer, actor as well as a dancer. One of her first Broadway shows include Wicked Legally Blonde Hair. She received the Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play in the role of Essie Carmichael from You Can't Take It With You. Annaleigh, Tony Award-winning actress and director, has spent the majority of her professional career working alongside well-known directors and actors on stage and screen. The production is led by Thomas Kail and produced by Jeffrey Seller, the team which produced Hamilton. Ashford played Paula Jones, the main actor in Ryan Murphy's upcoming FX show American Crime Story Impeachment. The series is based on the crisis which swept Paula Jones Monica Lewinsky Linda Tripp as well as other main actors into the very first impeachment proceeding in America in more than a century.
